Counselling Services

  • Challenges and stressors for caregivers supporting ill or elderly;

  • Adjusting to post-secondary environments and expectations;

  • Building healthy relationships;

  • Developing assertiveness and setting boundaries;

  • Managing stress and anxiety;

  • Addressing issues in family of origin that are impacting current life.

 

If the issue you are hoping to address in therapy is not here, I am happy to have an initial discussion to determine whether it is in the scope of my practice.

 

I provide individual services only, not work with couples or families.

Clinical Fees

 

The intake process involves a preliminary 20-minute phone call, followed by an initial consultation session to determine fit.

Please note that these must be scheduled, you can submit an email inquiry to set up a time on the contact page.

  • 20 minute phone call – no charge

  • Initial consultation 60 minutes is $180 including HST

  • Regular 60 minute session rate is $180 including HST

  • A few spots are designated for individuals with low income or who are students.

​

Payment & Cancellation:


Fees are due upon service, preferred payment is e-transfer, also accept cash or cheque.

​

Cancellation policy is a minimum of 48 hours, and full payment is due for no show or insufficient notice of cancellation.

​

Some insurance companies cover Registered Psychotherapists. Please check with your provider if you are using insurance for your sessions.
